Student Guidance and Issues Unit (Vice Deanship for Student Services)

Definition of the Guidance and Student Issues Unit:


Guidance services are provided to help students adapt to university life, provide a suitable environment in university housing, and provide them with skills to overcome problems.


 

mission:


1- Researching students’ problems and the difficulties they face, whether behavioral or social, and ways to address them, in order to build the student’s personality in an integrated manner from various aspects.


2- Visit and follow up on student issues in residential units.


3- Responding to inquiries about the student’s file to the educational authorities and the scholarships department to recruit students’ wives and re-enroll.



Services:


1- Requesting an excuse for absence.


2- A medical report letter from the medical center.


3- Study the students’ conditions.


  4- A letter to the Housing Administration.
