Deanship of Admission and Registration

The Deanship of Admission and Registration announces that submission of visa renewal applications is now available for students in accordance with the following rules and instructions. Note that this announcement does not include students who have a valid exit and re-entry visa.

Instructions for submitting visa renewal applications.

• Students who are eligible to submit visa renewal applications:

First: Students who have university ID numbers:

This category includes students whose academic status is (deferred - withdrawn), as well as students who submitted application for re-enrollment through the academic system whose academic status is (Terminated - withdrawn - discontinued while studying).

Second: Students who do not have university ID numbers:

This category includes new students who received final admission and were issued previous visas with which they were unable to come.

• How to log in to submit applications:

- Whoever has a university ID number: log in using the university number and password

- Those who do not have a university ID number: log in using the login information for their MINHATI account.

• Application deadlines:

From Monday 16 Dhul-Qi’dah 1444 AH equivalent to June 5, 2023.

Until Monday, Dhul-Qi’dah 23, 1444 AH, equivalent to June 12, 2023.
