عن المقرر
The course includes data recording and presentation, sample preparation and cleaning methods. Thin films fabrication techniques. Structural characterization by XRD, SEM, AFM and TEM. Optical properties of materials by using spectrophotometer and extracting important parameters. Low temperature cryogenic system and its applications on scientific research. A detailed report is presented on: scientific background and methods, drawing programs (Excel, Orgin, etc.) and analysis the results, conclusions and references in the form of research.
